It is the policy of Global Hydration Water Treatment Systems Inc that all personal information collected during online transactions will be considered private and kept for control purposes only such as resolving events related to the original transaction. Said information will NOT be given to any party except those involved in bringing the order to you. Credit card data collected during online transactions is kept for 14 days and then permanently deleted. It is kept for this period strictly in the event any refund is requested regarding the original transaction. All
the content in this site is protected under Canada
and International copy right laws. You may make a
copy of such content for personal use to help in
making your purchase decision. However all site
design and statements, images are copyrighted and
may not be used by other retailers/companies. All
commercial hits are evaluated and monitored.
Duty / VAT Charges
We
do not charge DUTY/VAT taxes. However, your
country's customs may decide to charge you customs
on your order. In such a case, it is your
responsibility to pay all duty/vat taxes. If customs
charges you taxes, and you fail to pay them within a
reasonable time, customs attempts to collect these
charges from us, and we will then charge your credit
card upon receiving a bill from customs if such a
case occurs.
Return Policy
Global Hydration Water Treatment Systems Inc. offers
to all its customers a 30-day money-back guarantee
for all unopened products. Returns of unopened
products must be through insured mail! Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable and all returns
will have a 15% re-stocking fee except if the
product that you received is damaged or, if returned
within 30 days due to a manufactures defect. These
items can only be exchanged for another similar
item. In the event of a return, simply inform us of
your intentions and send the unused products to the
address listed on the Contact page of this website.
Please be sure to include the order confirmation and
invoice that you were sent at the time you placed
the order. These documents will have your name,
address, phone number, and email address and order
details. Please also include the reason for
returning the product(s). In addition, feel free to
contact us via email or phone to discuss any
concerns that you may have. Global Hydration Water
Treatment Systems Inc. will credit you in the
payment method you used. Cancelled Orders and
Restocking Fees: Orders may be cancelled within 24
hour notice without a service charge. If an order is
cancelled at the time it has been shipped the cost
of the item is credited to you once we get the
package back, but you will still be billed for the
shipping charges. Parcels that are claimed to have
not been received will not be credited if the
customer chooses delivery types other than expedited
or express mail. The only exception is if Global
Hydration Water Treatment Systems Inc. makes an
error in inputting the address of delivery. Shipping
and handling charges on refused shipments are the
responsibility of the customer.
